LS can be under client’s name or TRD if under IOR Scheme.
Phase 1 : VR (VERIFICATION REQUEST)
Client shares full documentation to TRD. TRD will request (VR) about the material that would be inspected to surveyor by system.
Phase 2 : VO (VERIFICATION ORDER)
Once VR has been submitted, surveyor in origin will release Verification Order (VO) and Request For Inspection(RFI) that should be filled in
Phase 3 : ISSUANCE OF LS
LS will be sent to importer’s address or, if under IOR scheme, will sent to TRD for clearance purpose
